I’ve passed my second week but I’m not even near to the finishing line with this cleaning chores.
What do I expect? I’ve been away for a year and thankfully I’m not in a rush of anything.
(I hope so).
There are loads to throw away but the more I see them the more I get attached to it.
It’s so taxing – emotionally cuz I’ll pause and start to reminisce the good old days when Papa & Mama were around. When the reality is I’m all alone.
Not to be forgotten, the kiddos too.
Never forgotten.
On a happier not, I’ve started with my mini project. Was so nervous when I try to plug in the sander! Mind you that sander belongs to Papa and for all you know it could be my age, or maybe few years ‘younger’. Even so, I dont think they’d have that model in the market anymore.
9 years had passed since he left but I’m glad I still keep his tools and hopefully I’ll be able to make full use of it then I can “revive” Papa’s “Japanese Coffee Table”
The next step will be getting that KLM blue paint. That’d be an interesting adventure knowing how particular I am. lol
I’ll keep you posted with the progress.
Wish me luck!
